This Apartment has to have the worst management I have ever seen. Let me say they have no managemnt at this place. The only thing this company cares about is making money when you move out. The only reason I ever moved into this place was for the centeral air and heated parking that is the only thing they have going for them. This company wants to do business for free I lived at the place for 6 1/2 years and never had one thing ever fixed in my unit. When I moved out I spent hours cleaning it was spot less. Waited for my SD and I got nothing back. There was no damage other than normal wear and tear. This company wants to rent to you and also use your money to fix normal wear items when you move out. There are much better companys to rent from in fargo than Adams Development

Why did you live there for 6 1/2 years if you hated it so much?! Must not have been that bad.
