I recently moved from Park Avenue Apartments because I just purchased a home. I received a check-out list and had called the office to clarify some of the items on the list. One of my concerns was patching nail holes. The office manager advised me not to fill any nail holes because the maintenance staff would fill those at no charge to me. I did a check-out with the property manager and she noted a few nail holes on the wall, but other than the nail holes everything else was clean and sufficient. I wasn't charged for any damages and received my full security deposit back with interest! After reading all of these reviews I was really surprised to hear the negativity, because my experience here has been GREAT!! The office staff is very friendly and always willing to help out. The apartment building is very clean and the maintenace staff is very prompt and do a great job. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND LIVING AT PARK AVENUE APARTMENTS!!

Check your sources, all apartments or agencies holding your money or deposits are required to give you the interst. If you havent been getting yours, then I guess Park Avenue is the only Honest apartments out there.

Actually, stromboldt, apartments do give interest on deposits. Try to get your facts straight before you go and post something stupid on the internet. Just some advice.
