Our dishwasher was finally replaced the other day and before the maintenance man left he asked me if I would delete my negative review now that I have a new dishwasher. It kind of took me by surprise and I also thought it was a bit odd for him to say that. We were completely justified in being upset over the events that I had previously explained. And being my wife had hopelessly contacted the office on several occasions with the same problem, an actual solution never happened until after I blew a lot of smoke in a review I wrote on this site. I decided to delete it. I feel I was very frustrated at the time and to be fair it definitely had an effect on my ratings. Overall I feel Park Avenue is a very nice place to live. It is extremely clean and very quiet and I feel my family is very safe living here. Would I recommend Park Avenue' After the first year I lived here I had nothing but good things to say and eventually persuaded my Grandparents to move here. Unfortunately I had a couple of poor experiences with the new management here and my opinion has been swayed slightly. I still believe that our experiences are not the norm and most people who decide to make Park Avenue their home will find it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
