| This is in response to this review written by a resident who was Evicted, who now is retaliating. This resident violated the material terms of his lease contract, which Management does not tolerate. In regards to the pricing of our apartments, we are comparable with other properties in the Fargo area. Our rent prices also include all utilities: heating,cooling,lights. In regards to the appearance and layout of our property, we have a full time cleaning and maintenance staff and 20 different floor plans to choose from. If the bedrooms were too small then you probably should have chosen a different layout. As far as the sound between apartments, the walls are double layered and the only way to hear your neighbor is if they were actually being louder than normal. | |
