I hope that you have not already moved in and are just now reading these reviews. Had I read these reviews prior to moving in we never would have picked this place. Sure on the outside it's all nice and pretty but watch out once you move in it's a whole different ballgame. First of all watch out for the management if anythings goes wrong have fun trying to get a hold of someone to fix it it seems like every time you call the office you get there answering service. Also be alert to the rules changing. For example and this is just one there are a lot more this is just the most recent, just yesterday we got a news letter that states that we are not allowed to run our dishwasher, washer or dryer between the hours of 10pm and 8 am, in our own apartment not the public machines, next there going to tell us that we can't watch TV after 10 and that we need to go to bed. No thanks I don't need another mom and dad telling me what time I need to do what I need to do. Also the news letter states that we can't allow anyone else to wash there clothes in our apartment. Who are they to tell me that I can't let someone use MY washer and dryer' I could see if I was getting paid for it but even then it is MY washer and dryer! Hopefully we will be able to get out of this hell soon but who knows what will happen then if you read the other reviews. There is just too much negative to list. Do not take the risk!! RUN FAST!!!

1. You are living in an apartment building, not a house. You SHOULD be considerate of your neighbors and not do your laundry at all hours of the night. Some people need to be told this by management, others do not. 2. I'm sure you are not paying for the water that runs through YOUR washer, so management has every right to tell you not to let other people use your washer/dryer.
