I lived at this property for 4 years. Beautiful building. Well-maintained. Spotless. Many of the complainers fail to mention the positives. House-cleaners come through every building Mondays-Fridays to vacuum the hallways, dust and mop entryways. I've never lived in a place where it looks more like a hotel than a grungy apartment building. Want a late night snack' Soda and vending machines by pool. You can workout and watch the big screen tv after your snack. ;) As far as the management being "intimidating"... or rude' It's what you make it. I've never found that to be so... and I was there for 4 years. Always treated fairly. Same with my deposit. Yes... I put a gauge in the wall when moving my bookcase... and yes... I paid for that upon move out. It came out of my deposit. That is a hard cost to the owner to fix. Why should he have to pay for our mistakes' If you want to move into an apartment, do whatever the hell you want to it, and move out without ANY repercussions' Then no, this is probably not the community for you. On the other hand, if you want a beautiful, clean, well-mainted property... with rules that are held consistent for all' Then by all means... check out Park Avenue.

I moved out of here a few months ago and got my deposit back in full - with interest ! I think all the people that have been complaining must have left the place in bad condition. The staff is nice and friendly and it really is a well kept complex.
