Decent, but better places exist

The management is very nice, but the buildings are cheap. The walls and floors are thin and noisy. The buildings and grounds are clean and attractive. Garage 1, air conditioner, washer/dryer in the apartment. Beware of the power bill, as there's electric space heat and an electric water heater.
