I see in other posts that a common complaint is thin walls and floors. I have to disagree in that I NEVER hear my neighbors other than MAYBE when they're leaving their apartment and the door slams. We did have a situation with cockroaches and water coming through our bathroom ceiling, but both problems were addressed and taken care of immediately with management without a problem. The management is very nice and helpful. I do have to agree that the power bill is outrageously high. We love having the washer/dryer in unit and our assigned garage is very close to the walkway. Many of our guests have mentioned that is a "homey" apartment. Overall we do really enjoy living here!
