Evans Place Apartments 50% Recommended May 11 2008: These are the worst managed apartments I have ever lived in!! The management is so terrible I have had to get the city inspector in to look at black mold growing in the ceiling and to prove that it needed Southpointe Apartments 67% Recommended May 07 2008: After living in apartments where maintenance and cleaning of the building seems to be in the back of the mind of the management, I am in love with southpointe. The management takes care of problems promptly and thouroughly. The building Park Avenue Apartments 40% Recommended Apr 16 2008: These people really make me angry! As I stated, my mother takes her blood pressure medication before she walks down to pay her rent just in case someone is present in the office.
