Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
I have only been living here for 2 months and so far they have replaced the fan in my fridge, the lock on my patio door, my garage door opener and had to clean water out of my apartment! And since the building is new and everything is still under warrenty, it takes forever to get anything fixed. They also have not put grass in the courtyard...now it is almost too late for this year.
