I would not ever recommend this apartment for families with children. Management is useless and every night you are subject to hearing drunk and loud residents. As a parent, it is unsettling knowing that your child cannot sleep because the upstairs neighbor is jumping and screaming. One night I was awakened by the loud voices of drunk boys getting out of a taxi. To make matters worse, as I looked outside to see what was going on, I saw one of them using someone's garage door as a urinal.In addition, management is very poor at keeping the grounds cleaned and maintained. The hallways disturbingly smell like a pet store. I have to strongly agree that this apartment is way over priced.

I 100% completely agree. When IMM managed these apartments they were clean, well managed, and had way better tenants. We just moved out of these apartments after living here for 2 years. We too had children and were subject to constant noise, drunken neighbors, and dirty buildings. The management is horrible and completely useless. They are not here to serve the tenants but merely to make a paycheck...I would not recommend these places to anyone. Yes, way overpriced........a few words....CLEAN the buildings...and SCREEN the tenants....it like a smelly dirty dormitory.....
