Autumn Ridge

The day we moved in, our garage door broke, and we had a light that would not turn off. The next day another light wouldn't turn off. The following monday they came to fix the garage door, only to have to get it fixed again about 2 weeks later. The bathroom drain leaked. We tried caulking it ourselves to stop the leak to no avail. When the pluber came, he said that it was in terrible condition and had to replace the drain. If you're thinking about having pets there, make sure all your t's are crossed and i's dotted. Their third-party company that handles the requests is an absolute mess to deal with! Finally, when you go to wash clothes, it is often that you'll find that the machines are full of coins so the slide will not go in and the dryers won't work. This is only after you have washed a load of laundry though and have a pile of wet clothing. The outisde of the building is nice for the most part and the apartments themselves are nice looking, but the management is difficult at best and the many small problems that you will deal with are not worth it. My advice - keep looking for another apartment.
