GOLDMARK HORRIBLE, NOT MILITARY-FRIENDLY
Once they discover they won't be getting money from you anymore, they don't want to work with you at all. One example which I'm still livid about. Because of other complications with the company, I was living at another address & paying rent here for two months. After giving my notice, mgmt showed my apt to possible future residents so they can see the layout of the apt. Ok, however keep in mind my personal belongings are still in the apt. When I went to move more belongings out, there was a note on my kitchen counter with a pair of broken sunglasses. The note said "sorry about that". Ok, so I call and talk to the office and tell them the situation. Long story short, they told me I was liable and they were not at fault. It was MY FAULT they escorted someone into my locked apt and something got broke. The best response was to tell me to call my renter's insurance. Yeah you idiots! I'm going to call and file a claim for a pair of sunglasses. This could have been handled so easily.
