Autumn Ridge

Thank God my lease is coming up soon. To think they wanted to raise my rent 20 to 745 a month. Goldmark does not clean the building. The laundry room is filthy(and i am not a picky person)! About 80 percent of the time the walkways were not cleared. This would sometimes cause the doors to be propped from the snow/ice buildup. At the other end this caused a sprinkler head to burst as it froze and it made a mess down there. I would clear the door just to make sure this didnt happen on my end. They do not plow the parking lot and my garage still has at least a couple inches ice on the floor. They say they dont take care of seepage, but I have an icewater swimming pool in my garage and not by choice. The pavement in the garage is lower than all surrounding pavement and is instantly wet at any rainfall or melting. When I called them their management would not work with me at all on this, and the manager on site hung up on me (if i had been vulgar or yelling at her I would have been able to understand). Do yourself a favor and stay away! Goldmark is horrible to rent from.
