I think I am the only person who doesnt mind autumn ridge. I have lived in 2401 for a year and a half. 2401 is one of the more quite buildings autumn ridge has. My co worker lived two buildings down from me and always complained about drunk/loud neighbors, however I havent been bothered at all. The only time I can actually hear my neighbor is when im in the bathroom.. I can hear them peeing and opening drawers and such. I recommend that if you live at autumn ridge you live in 2401 and try to get an end apartment. Sometimes the hallways are smelly, sometimes the washers and dryers do break( i have heard many people complain about them too, however I ahve never had a problem myself). Maintenance usually handels your problems in a timely fashion and they do good work. I do have a complaint about snow in the winter however. Many many times i have been stuck in the parking lot, and am stranded until a plow FINALLY comes through, but really, you will never escape the snow, everyone is going to have that problem no matter where they go(ive lived in snow country all my life.. same scenario everywhere). All in all im happy with autumn ridge, we only pay electric which has never exceded 25 bucks, our rent is 720 which is pretty average concidering its a two bedroom and an end apartment,its quite, secure (even when i prop the door open when im bringing in groceries somebody always locks me out..) 4 outa 5 stars :)
