This place is a nightmare!!! DO NOT RENT!!
I did not feel safe living here, everything that was not tied down was stolen- including my laundry right out of the laundry room. The apartment itself was terrible, the carpet was old and crusty-I thought they would replace it before we moved in, but they did not. The appliances are really old- the fridge was the old frost style and always needed defrosting. It dripped water all the time so everything in your fridge got wet. You have to park eight miles away from your apt so carrying in groceries was back breaking. The neighbors were crackheads and up making noise all night. The grounds are unkept, the grass hardly ever gets cut. There is always garbage EVERYWHERE, no one picks it up. The hallways always stink! Yeah it may have a pool but with 6,000 kids running and screaming around who can enjoy it. And forget asking management to do anything- they are complete spychos!! They tried to screw us out of deposit money but we stood firm. The lady on check out was so RUDE and threw a fit like a little kid when I asked her (politely) for an estimated cost on the repairs they said we 'caused.' We didn't cause anything- the apartments are just that bad!!!!!!!! Mold, bugs, and mouse droppings, yes mouse droppings were found when we cleaned to move out underneath the radiator!! Yuck.
