Beware of 8 to 10 year olds smoking in the park and bullying your children. When it comes time to renew your lease, they will tell you over the phone that it's fine to go month to month and you don't need to come in, then a month later, once your lease is up, they'll tell you that because you didn't come in you are now on another 1 year lease and it'll cost $500 to break it. And if their "lovely" pool entices you, it's nothing but a cement hole in the ground and is always dirty. Keep looking!
