Absolutely Horrible

We have lived here for two years and it seems like everything has spiraled out of control over the last few months. We never had a single complaint about anything until recently.
Our biggest issue is management's complete lack of doing anything. You call in a noise complaint, they don't do anything about it. You call them because someone's been parked in your parking spot all day, they don't do anything about it. The people that live above us are unbelievable. They have 3 kids that run back and forth and jump on the floor all afternoon, then they have parties all the time until about 4 in the morning, meanwhile I wonder where their kids are. We've complained about them a number of times and finally gave up because the apartment won't don't anything about it.
All of the appliances, cabinets, vanities, etc. are extremely outdated and whoever thought putting carpet in a kitchen was a good idea clearly never lived here. The laundry facilities are a joke. First of all the units are ancient and you typically have to dry your clothes 2 and sometimes 3 times to get you clothes to dry. They're also ridiculously expensive, at least on our floor. $1.50 or $1.25 (depending on which machine you use) to wash and $0.60 to dry. Wash and dry on the floor above us is $0.75 (get the logic behind that'').
Rent is also pretty bad. A comparable place in Fargo would be about $200 less than this place. I can't wait to maybe half my deposit back and move the hell out!

This person hit the nail on the head. I think they must have lived in the same apartment as me. I even got charged for things that I didn't even do. Guess if and when you move in seriously write down every problem with the place, I got charged for a crack in the tub when it was there to begin with since you could see their crap ass job of trying to fix it.
