I also lived in the 3500 building of the Legacy. The building is the newest of the 4 in the complex and the most expensive, for what I really have no idea. The apartments inside look exactly the same as the older buildings and I suppose the underground parking is nice, but since I lived in a one bedroom, I got a garage, not an underground space.

I definitely prefer a garage to underground parking though, because I have some storage space in a garage. The small metal boxes in the underground for "storage" will fit about 3 memory boxes and a microwave - not much help for me. So, that is a plus of the older buildings - they all have garages that you can use for storage.

I had a one bedroom / one bath, which to me, was just much to small for all of my stuff. My fiance's fishing equipment and hunting tackle overcame the space and we felt completely crammed.

The closet space is ridiculously small in the one bedrooms - I admit I have a ton of clothes, but I had to bring boxes down to my garage just to make space.

The washer and dryer - honestly, worth the extra money to have in your apartment for your own use whenever you want, with no need for quarters.

As has been said, these apartments ARE one of the most expensive in town, but to me, it was totally worth it. They are really nice for what you pay and you get great maintenance care.

As a girl in a one bedroom, it was too small for me. If you dont' have a TON of stuff, it will work great, but don't try to move a ton of furniture to a one bedroom of only 700 sq feet.

I also did not notice a lot of noise in this building, so maybe those residents have moved. I never really hear my neighbors unless they stomp on the ground from upstairs.

I would Highly recommend the Legacy though - it is very much worth the money, as long as they quit raising the rent.

Another plus - a tanning bed for use whenever for only $2.00!
