My family and I lived here for 2 years; though there are some loud tenants that would be found anywhere. Pricey but worth it, we believe management does a great job despite tenants who feel they are rude. Repairs are done on the spot; there are two car spaces underground with your apartment. Not sure where you'd find that in the U.S. for under 1k. We've had noisy neighbors however they've been evicted.
