We lived at legacy for two and a half years, the building it self is new and very livable with large windows, some of the floor plans where not thought out. We had numerous problems with wiring for cable and internet. There is only one parking spot for a three bedroom. We had to pay for water in the newer building not the older ones. Newer buildings are not quiet so you can hear other people walking, running, watching TV, and doing laundry. If you have kids living above you will never get any sleep.
The management is awful at least once a month they would come up with a new $20 fee for something, one day they posted signs that said that you will now get charged $25 dollars if you pay rent with more than one check. The management seemed nice when we moved in but once we signed the lease things changed. On multiple auctions they lost paper work regarding who had been signed off the lease. They lost our rent check twice and before asking us any questions they started leaving threatening notes on our door and threatened to contact creditors (both times we went into the office to talk to them they accused us of lying about paying and then they found the missing checks in there paperwork. We in two and a half years we only paid late once (by a day) we all worked full time jobs and where quiet respectful and did not party, but the management still treated us like criminals. At one points some other tenets that we know tried to move out at the end of their lease, and when the new land lord called for a reference, the people at legacy falsely clamed that they where violet destructive and loud. When confronted about this they said that the complaint must have been put in the wrong file.
