I have lived here for two years and I really like it. It's a little expensive but considering what I get, it's worth it. I have a parking space in a heated garage, a washer & dryer, and a great kitchen. I have never had any problem with my neighbors or noise and the complex is kept up nicely. They spray for bugs at least once a year and you can opt out if you'd like. I've never had my apartment sprayed and I've never had bugs.
If you want to keep your pet, you'll need a note from a doctor stating that your pet is a companion animal. I felt a little like I was abusing the system but it was easy to do. Grand Forks is very pet-unfriendly. And a lot of tenants have pets so I wasn't the only one.
Management is friendly and maintenance issues are taken care of quickly. I did lose my outside balcony door to a particularly windy day and it took about 8 months to replace it but that was because the management company had the construction company take care of it.
Overall, I've been very happy here. I'm moving out of the area and I doubt I'll find another place as good.
