Very nice apartments

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I've been living in Legacy for around 8 months now, and I am very satisfied. My building is one of the new ones, and it has only been here for a few years. We have a very very spacious three bedroom, 2 bath apartment. The layout of the apartment is great, with a big spacious kitchen completely with an island full of storage space. Comes complete with a microwave, newer stove, diswashwer, and fridge. Also has a garbage disposal.
We have our own washer & dryer in our apartment. The washer is kinda small, but it works if you have smaller loads of laundry to do. It is SO convenient to have your own washer and dryer. The room it is in is massive (could almost be another bedroom!) with more storage than most places could even dream about. The bedrooms are all big. The smallest fits a queen bed, nightstand, large desk, and bookshelf comfortably with lots of space to spare. Large dining area and very big livingroom. Each apartment has a large balcony that you can have propane grills on (just not charcoal).
The buildings and lawn are kept up very well. The only complaint I would have is that they do not do a very good job in snow removal during the winter. Sometimes it would be over a week before they have done more than just clean out the main driveway.
There is a heated garage connected to the building. There is only 1 space in there for a 3 bedroom apartmetn, but there is always ample spaces in the parking lot just outside my building that it's never a problem.
The exercise room isn't massive, but from what I've seen in other apartments, it is decent, and it includes a tanning bed.
Maintenance is usually very quick in getting things fixed. The longest we had to wait was a couple weeks, but it was during Christmas break so we weren't there anyway.
They are considerably expensive, but honestly, for what you are getting, a massive apartment, heated garage, you're own washer/dryer, and convenient location to the mall, Target, Walmart, grocery stores, etc, it is worth it.
I would definitly recommend it if you are able to afford paying for the nice apartment. I am going to have a hard time living somewhere else next year.
Ohh, one last note... If you choose Legacy and are just roommates, and not a family, the best way to go is to get a three bedroom. The two bedrooms end up being a lot more expensive per person than it would be for the three bedrooms.
