Legacy's management staff is rude and poor communicators. The lease contract is strict no room for deviation. Management tries to get you to sign and out the door without having you completely understand the contract. IMM is out to make money and will not serve its renters. I recommend asking questions and documenting everything, management tends to change their mind on important issues.
