very rude and filthy

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 
after moving in we realized all the blinds were filthy, after 3 washing of the living room blinds they were finally clean.also the girls in the rental office are the rudest i have ever delt with.they say this is luxory living thats a joke.. we are counting the days till we can get out of here.. i think they head pffice needs to send these girls to the unemployment line.
