I have never lived in a apt that is as noisy as this one. they need to put people with small children on a first floor, or give them the rules about letting your kids run wild in the halls and the apt itself. The staff is useless you can talk to them till your blue and they do nothing to try and help i am sure a few 14 year olds would do a better job in the office. I cannot believe they pay these women here to work they offer as much help as a person working for free. They are not nice women in this office.Rude is a understatement.
