I have been living in Park Place Apartments for little over a year now. Besides the fact that the apartments are in some dire need of a little TLC, they are not the worst apartments in town. However, they do lack a few important characteristics that others have for a simular price range. For example, the is very little parking. You only recieve one reserved spot for a two-bedroom apartment. There is also no garage. This means the person without the reserve spot runs the risk of not even being able to park at their apartment at night because spaces tend to fill up - and there is no off street parking!

Other then that, the master bedroom is nice sized - but the second bedroom is small. If you have a queen sized bed or larger, do not expect to fit much more in the room. The kitchen lacks countertop space and does NOT have a dishwasher. Rent just went up again since it was purchased by a Fargo company about 6 months ago.

Overall, it's not a bad apartment for the money - but not a good one either. Keep your eyes open, there are several better deals in town vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
