Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I have lived in the apartment for a little under two years - and regret daily having moved in.
Pros
-The apartment is close to campus
-The employees are very nice
... that's it...
Cons
-The kitchen is tiny, very little countertop space, NO dishwasher (and an oven that barely works, I think it's from the 30's)
-Master bedroom is ok sized, second bedroom is TINY
-The patio door is always broken, it never opens anymore..
-They have raised rent TWICE now since I have moved in - IN ADDITION, after my 12 month lease expired they are raising my rent by $60 if I do not renew a full 12-month lease (and continue month-to-month)
-They only have 1 parking spot and no garage for a two-bedroom apartment (PLUS, there is no on-street parking)
-The place looks rundown (they put new siding on and carpeted the hallways, but the actual apartment looks horrible
Overall, come May when I graduate (even though I am living in town) I will immediately move out. Living in this apartment has been a nightmare, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
