If you don't mind hearing your neighbors phone ring or know what channel they're watching, Southwinds is alright. Lots of parking and very large patios. Office staff is not the best.Also, all the neighbors watch you like hawks.Have a friend over a couple of times and you'll recieve a written complaint, be reminded of the rules and have to show proof of their residence elsewhere. Somewhat like having your mother around.
