Pay 700 for a two bedroom with bad management

Living in Southwinds was like having big brother watch over you. Large deck space...but you can't have grills, bikes, or anything else other than outdoor patio furniture and you will get a letter the next day if you put anything that is not supposed to be out there, on your deck. Spa was closed much of the time i lived there because someone stole a dehumidifier so everyone was disallowed from using it. Move out was a hastle spent 11 hours cleaning everything on the list in an already clean apartment. Still did not save any of our deposit. I also did not recieve my deposit within 30 days(ND law). If you enjoy paying 700 for an apartment without a security system, adequete parking, and flat out mean management southwinds is the place for you.
