We NEVER had parties, kept or TV and music down (We have a young child so we were generally quiet and kept to ourselves); however, if we barely had the radio on (on a small alarm clock) we would get a noise complaint. However, if we called on others we were told that they would look into it yet nothing would happen. There is a specific quiet time put into effect at 10 pm. The spa is ALWAYS closed, half of the work out equipment is broken. Washer/Dryers SUCK!! They cost so much because you have to dry your clothes 3 or 4 times even if it's a very small load.
When we moved out we had a professional cleaning crew come through and they still charged us for 7 hours of cleaning. (cleaning person is one girl who spends most of her time on the balcony smoking and on her cell phone!!) What the hell! This place is SO not worth the price or hassle!!
