I have lived here in southwinds for 8 months and the apartments are really nice for what you pay but there are alot of bad things about this place. The management is horrible! They are so rude and they try to screw you over on everything! The manager watches you like a hawk but yet all of the tenents are so noisy and disrespectful, i had a glass bottle thrown at my car one night! If you do one little thing wrong here you get written up. I also had someone above me smoking pot in their bathroom which leaked down to my bathroom and i called the management about it and they came over and agreed with me that it was pot, but yet the people above me are still living there, so i guess if you like rudeness, no security, and your apartment smelling like smoke go for it otherwise i would never live here again!

Southwinds is a great place to live. New management is wonderful, and very helpful. I recommend living here to all my friends and family. The apartments are very spacious and the buildings are very quiet and clean.
