Walls are VERY thin... Can hear neighbors conversations with each other in a NORMAL talking voice. Also smells awful, unable to pinpoint the smell, somewhere between hamburger helper, stale cigarette smoke, used gerbil cage, and potpouri spray in an ill attempt to cover it up. The stove looks like it was taken out of a 1975 Winnebago. Only two electrical outlets in kitchen in awkward places. Floors also seem to lean to the south for some reason. Doors look very thin, as if they could be kicked in (or have been before)
