Smelly.

I've lived here for almost a year and I can't wait to move. The building has a long-term tenant whose apartment single handedly stinks up the whole hallway. When I got to my small kitchen in the morning, I walk by my antiquated sized stove to my one compartment sink to get a drink. Suddenly I m overcome by the odious stench of Merit Ultra Light 100 s left to burn right down to the filter. Not only does the hallway become tainted (Dane Cook lol) by this stench, so does my place because there is a inch gap under the door. The windows are glorified trailer house windows and collect a lot of condensation. This leads to mold that is somehow considered to be my fault and responsibility to clean. Also anything touching an outside wall will develop mold. In the fall the heat was turned on so prematurely that I lost sleep due to the fact that it was 75 outside and the heat was on within.
