I've lived in the 3538 building for 6 months. Here are my complaints.
* The management does not return calls. I've had to drive to the office to get anything done
* NO water pressure on the 3rd floor. I shower daily with a little more than a drip coming out of a brand new shower head.
*Unless you're in the basement (1st floor), the building has not been remodeled in a long time, including fridge and stove
* I have enough counter space for a toaster oven and that's it.
* Cabinet space is on the low side.
* The electric heater thermostats are cheap. I had them replaced when I moved in, and after 6 months, 60 degrees on the thermostat means 80 degrees in the apartment
* parking lots and sidewalks around all the buildings are in need of maintenance
* Laundry facilities are poor and unmaintained.
