I've lived in 2523 for over 2 years now. They neglect fixing things...my freezer has dripped water into the fridge since I've moved in. They have "fixed" it several times. The sink pipes constantly leak and has now moled & has a huge hole under the sink...they have "fixed" that 2 times as well and were suppose to replace everything this spring! I had water leaking through my living room ceiling from upstairs...never got fixed...I had to patch it myself! My balcony screen door disappeared & it's been a year since they were suppose to bring me a new one. The washers & dryers break down all the time & it took them over 5 weeks to fix it one time...I called weekly to complain...and they continued to say it was fixed....when they finally fixed the washer; the dryer broke down for days without being fixed!!

I couldn't move into when I was suppose to because the apt. was infested with koch roaches! They got rid of them, however you share your living space with nasty household centipedes! They are everywhere and get very big. I will post a picture of them when I bump into another one.

The office staff are very rude and you get stupid notices on your doors all the time for the lamest things. The yards are always littered with garbage, broken glass, etc. They are not kid friendly at all!! My kids have been woken up all hours of the night by drunken fights in the parking lot! I have children, however there are so many parents here that are gone all the time & let their kids run wild...a lot of bad influences!

I have never had a complaint since I've lived hear, however as soon as the management found out I was looking for a new place, they have came up with all kinds of stupid complaints...my balcony was unsightly...I have only a grill & 2 brand new lawn chairs on it!! I've never been late paying rent, management has never been in my apartment and they gave me a bad reference for the new place I'm moving to...said that I had all kinds of damage and they would never rent to me again...I guess I can thank God for that!

My new apartment is owned by GF housing authority, who has come into this apt. @ 2523 for annual inspections and just recently because of the bad reference they gave me. They found nothing wrong with my apt. I am moving into one of their 5 year old townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, central air, washer/dryer hook ups, garage, private entrance...for less than I'm paying for this dump!!
