The only thing good these apartments have going for them is that they look really nice on the inside and have high ceilings. Otherwise there are several things that I dislike about building/management. Maintenance is extremely poor at best. There is one guy that does the maintenance for several buildings and it is nearly impossible to get anything done. I have asked for simple things like screens for my windows that actually fit, or replacement door stoppers to replace the ones the previous tenant stole so the doors quit putting holes in the wall and it never gets done. In fact, the only time I have ever received any sort of maintenance in my unit is when I see the maintenance guy in the building and mention the issue that needed to be fixed months ago. Also be prepared to warn all of your guests that the toilets suck. You have to hold down the handle or just toilet paper will clog it. Don't even bother buying a plunger because the toilets have a big valley in the bottom that prevents you from creating a suction to plunge anything. All it does is shoot water back at you which is pretty gross. Also their solution to all of your toilet clogging problems is that you probably had female guests over that clogged the toilet with their feminine hygiene products and that it s your own problem. Also the management doesn't care about what you say...because they know they are right. They treat you more like a prisoner rather that a paying customer. I received a letter about a noise complaint when I wasn't even in town on that day. Of course they would not take away the warning even though I was gone because that's how confident they are that I had a huge loud party that disrupted the entire floor. My advice is that you should save a few hundred dollars a month in rent and go live in park place which has maintenance that will fix anything the next day and they treat you like a paying customer and are very polite. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG

I live in Warehouse for several years until this past spring. Loved it there. Experienced none of the problems described here. e place has a waiting list -- there's a reason for that. I agree, however, that they don't stand for loud parties. There often isn't a second chance ... out you go.
