After waiting over a year on the waiting list to get in I was happy at first but after living hear almost a year I completely regret the decision to live here. You would think that when a business deals with their customers (tenants) they would be polite and possibly show them a little bit of respect but aparently that is just a little too difficult for them to do. Every encounter I have had with the managment has been very odd in the fact that they always seem very rude. Maintenance is horrible and it has been taking months to get anything fixed. Whenever there is a problem with anything in the apartment the managment always tries to pawn it off to you, the tenant, because they try to justify that you were the cause of all the maintenance problems. Even simple things like the toilet running all the time because a certain piece is leaking, or when the wildo screens don't fit the window and flap in the wind making a bunch of noise. Overall I have been very displeased with this apartment building and I plan to move when my lease is up.

Also suposedly pets are not allowed but even the resident manager breaks that rule. The funny thing is that he will still discipline the tennants when they break the rule...strange.
