I have lived in the Warehouse for a year. I am moving because my roommate has to go and I don't need 1100 square feet for myself! My stay has been nothing short awesome. The management has been very kind to me and easy to work with. I have lived all around Grand Forks and this is by far better than any apartment I've lived in. The building has character and is unique in comparison to many of the cookie cutter type condos and apartments springing up all over the cramped up south end developments. The Warehouse is situated near the heart of the city and is near many of the amenities one would consider vital. I regret having to leave, but feel secure that the next tenant will love # 510 as much as I do! With Great appreciation, JD
