Great place to live. You can grill on your balcony. There's a hottub/sauna room. Exercise room is just bikes/treadmill so needs some work there. Laundry room on second floor and a community room if you want to host a party. There's heated underground parking, and for small fee residents can park next to the outside outlets. Electric forced air heating/cooling units. Dishwasher.
