can you say thin walls and floors?? Wow...this apt is like living in a 9.99 a night motel room we keep thinking any minute the plaster on the ceiling is going fall on us. 800 plus a month it is really bad..I have paid less.. think twice before moving in here...there is all sorts of empty apt's

Careful with your money I have never lived here but I send my deposit from NJ (where I lived at the time) and they just gave my apartment away to someone else who had paid first! Thankfully I got my money back but I was stuck without a place to live. Be careful.

Keep Looking!! Beware of 8 to 10 year olds smoking in the park and bullying your children. When it comes time to renew your lease, they will tell you over the phone that it's fine to go month to month and you don't need to come in, then a month later, once your lease is up,

Not Worth The Price The management doesn't care about anything and just tell you what you want to hear. The sprinklers burst every winter so you better make sure you have renters insurance or don't live on the end apartments. Also you had better like pets because they have a lot of dogs

Poor Management Legacy's management staff is rude and poor communicators. The lease contract is strict no room for deviation. Management tries to get you to sign and out the door without having you completely understand the contract. IMM is out to make money and will not serve its renters. I
