This place really need a lot of improvements and repairs. They are not keeping up. The mgmt. is strict, applies fines to renters but lags sadly behind on their promises and duties - unfortunately the renters are not able to have the same freedom to apply such fines to the management. There are many young children hanging out in the parking, though the police make their rounds. Coin laundry costs have doubled since I moved in. I am on the 1st floor and can hear every step the people upstairs make, along with their daily living noises.

I had done a walk through on a 1 bedroom that allowed dogs. We started up the stairs because it was an upper unit and there were parts of the steps missing, which could be very dangerous if you would happen to forget one day. We walked into the apartment and it smelled discusting and this was after the carpets were cleaned. The cabinet doors were sagging down, and the bathroom was in need of some serious updating. There was also a couple soft spots in the floor. The place was definately not up to my standards, and probably not up to many others. The lady from the office said she was looking for an apartment that allows dogs too and didnt sound like she was at all considering renting from the place she works at!!! Not only did I leave discusted by what I had seen, but a headache from the smell of the place. I could also here the people next door and the tags clinking on their dogs collar perfectly.

This is ridiculous. I have lived here for some time now and although this is not a brand new apt building it has been a great place to call home. I have seen the managment not only change, but improve. If you don't want to hear your neighbors, buy a house you idiot! As for hearing the dogs collar clinking, your a little extreme! I am happy here. My apartment is affordable, the maintenance staff is always pleasant and kind to me and the office staff even takes time to visit with me a little when I come in to pay my rent.
