Colony Apartments 3751 Faulkner Dr, Lincoln, NE 100% Recommended Apr 22, 2010 - " I got in to the 1500 sq ft 2-bedroom 2-bath w/loft apartment on a renter's special, and have to say I'm happy to have the place. Maintenance staff is hit and miss (awesome on some repairs, terrible on others). Water pressure is always great, heating and cooling is great in the bedrooms (the 2-story open living room gets colder in the winter, of course).
