Having lived in a single family house for more than 20 years, moving to an apartment complex was a huge change. If you have to live in an apartment, this is a nice place to do it. The management is friendly and responsive, but not intrusive. The grounds are kept up impeccably. The parking is adequate and enclosed garages are available for an additional monthly fee. The complex is located in a mixed neighborhood of duplexes and single family homes. There is a great city park just 2 blocks away.
