HORRIBLE, RUDE STAFF WHO LIE.

In august I had a ex boyfriend who broke into my apartment. I called the office, requesting my locks be changed. I tried calling august, September and october. They never returned any of my phone calls. I Decided to go to the office and confront them. they are the rudest people. They wont return your phone calls and they lie to you saying they talked to you, when they never did. They NEVER EVER have any parking places, the neighbors are always blasting music. the staff is very un professional. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I also used to live at the pheasant ridge, they used to change management so much, the more they changed the ruder and worse the management got, I had a maintnance guy walk in on me naked and i called the managers and they said they were aloud to just walk in. I want an apartment where i don't have to look over my shoulder every time i take a shower
