I recently moved in. and same thing happened to me everything seemed nice at first and then I bairly moved in not even the first month and my fiance came in because he is getting deployed to iraq to leave me his car. and the same night he got there it got towed. not even 6 hrs. passed when it got towed. Think its not too bad' Well in the morning when we discovered that the car was towed I called the towing company and turns out that it was 205 dollars! and the car had not been sitting there for nomore then 3 hrs. and since it was a Sunday I could not contact management or anything so then I tryed monday morning and the girl in the office gave me a little "attitude" also she said i had to call the head management so i did and i called "dana" and from dana management and left a message. She returned my call and raised her voice at me and gave me an attitude. Shes supposed to be professional she owns apartments and manages them duh! shes very unprofessional and rude and very disrespectful also. I told her to lower her voice and did not even bother. and i got another parking permit for my fiances car since ima be driving it and she said i only can have one so i have to return one parking permit. Also i am in one of the buildings in the middle and the parking is horrible because theres no parking slots in the middle so you have to park either over or on the bottom of the hill and its horrible in the snow. Also they are very careless for their residents they changed the locks in laundry room twice and did not even let the reisdents know.
