I loved it. I lived on the second floor and had a nice view. The lay out was great. I liked it so much that if I ever move back to Blair again I will be moving back to the Blair Apartments without question. It is close to the schools and right off the main road. I love the security doors, my husband worked nights and I was never afraid to be home alone.
