LANDLADY IS A VERY NICE WOMAN, VERY ACCOMODATING. MAINTENECE IS WONDERFUL AND GOES BEYOND HIS JOB DESCRIPTION. ANY PROBLEM IS FIXED THE SAME DAY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A BUG IN MY APARTMENT.
