I was very excited to find that Westbrook had an apartment available, I had known several people that had lived there in the past. They had nice apartments and were pleased with the facility in general. However, the apartment I looked at was in poor condition, I was assured that repairs and replacements would be made prior to the time I was to move in. NONE of these things were fixed, and I seriously doubt the apartment had even been cleaned. I have since spoke with several residents of Westbrook only to learn that they too had been promised updates in the apartment and it never got done, in addition, I was appalled to learn that one of the former residents had a local cleaning service come in and clean before they moved in, as it was simply not acceptable. I must say, I did have several maintenance issues, and the on site maintenace manager is very timely, & pleasant. Sadly, these apartments have been neglected and poorly managed.
