We have lived here over 3 years and at the start it was very nice. They had service master clean carpets, now they clean the carpet, the air filters are changed every 6 months, when it snow the parking lots is cleaning by one man. Also the grass is not watered so it does not grow as fast so they do not have to mow. You can not hang or put any decorations up. It is like living in a jail. It is a nice place for elders not for familys. They have an excuse for everything so be ready to hear them.
